1. Go to lidsteamsports.com on or after 11/3/10.
2. Click on "Team Shop"
3. Type in BOCRSHOEBBAZ2 in the "I have a form" box and click on "Submit Code"
4. Select the shoe size and click on "Add to Cart"
5. Click on "View Shopping Cart" and either register as a new customer or log in with previously registered information. Complete the checkout with your billing info. Remember to include your player's name under shipping info - the shoes will ship directly to Boulder Creek and the coach will distribute the shoes when they arrive.
Orders must be completed on or before 11/7/10 (I apologize for the late notice but I did not receive this information until late last night.)
